Looks nice! How will you make it?

If you're looking at this post and it was made before 2008, just ignore it.

its still gonna be way thick if you do that unless you show off some mad soldering skillz (with a "z") it looks like you are doing a good job preparing for this portable though, keep it up and good luck

bump for no reason? Bad khaag, bad!

er, have you began working on this at all? If not, then don't bump the thread!
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

I just want to know what you guys think of my design. And as for have starting it, i'm still trying to find a cheap 'cube because i'm wary of taking my own apart... I don't want to break it. It just makes me feel better to have another one to mutilate.

My advice: Take apart your gamecube, strip down all the parts to the bare minimum, get all the parts you'll need together, THEN decide how you will make the case. No sense in getting ahead of yourself here.

Also, once you have all the parts, you may realize some of your initial design is either out of proportion or impossible to do. That's when you scrap your initial design and make a new one.
For my L64, I arranged all the parts the way I wanted them, then took some paper and drew the outline out. Then, I could play with the arrangement of the parts. That would be a good thing to try.
