Just stumbled across this great site and Im quite interested in creating portables. I know a little bit about electronics and circuitory however I still need quite a bit of help to guide me. I was going to buy Bens book but it hasn't been released yet so while Im waiting I thought I would look for help on the net. What Im really looking for is tutorials and guides for creating portables (especially Snes).

Since I couldnt find a thread or 'Sticky' on where the good guides are I thought maybe you guys might post your links to help me out. I know there is the links page but often stuff is missed out. Anyway useful sites Ive found so far:

Good idea and gaming console hacks is a bad book at least i dint find it helpfull.

no, the hacking video games one (not by Ben) is similar, but this is a general hardware hacking book, with ipod battery replacement and lotsa other things.

Ben's old site, I have this here as the pics of most (all but Rev.1) dont show up. And the old forum has some usful information if your willing to dig for it.
