proxify could still be ok, but it sucks (the best times are dedicated to subscribers, they don't let you post forms (such as logging in to a forum or email, or sending messages) and it's pretty heavy in ads, IIRC)

Another option is to go to the IP address of the place, I think, but that only works on a few servers.

i have to deal with dansguardian which is the most horrible crappy strict firewall on earth (much worse than bess) so i've had to find lots of proxy sites. here's a few of them:

proxify.net - powerful, kinda fast, but doesn't allow forms and some other stuff

projectbypass.com - not as powerful as proxify (can get to banned sites but not bypass content filters), it's about the same speed as proxify and allows forms etc...

https://picatta.homeip.net/Proxy.html - the most powerful proxy, can get past anything and fill oput forms, ect.. but it's really, really slow

there's a big list on hackaday somewhere but i'm not gonna find it right now

I dont know what my school uses but there filter sucks (in the good for me way) i can accses benheck' hackaday' just about anything (if i wanted too i could play madness interactive)

you should look into running your own proxy on your home computer (is this possible) it if is possible, youd be set, since most people have dynamic IP addresses, theyd have a hell of a time blocking it.

well im on my home pc right know ( steeling my neighbors wifi ) and i think they block stuff like vpntunnel.com but i will try thanks for the help. If i get around bess i will post tomarow from school

hmmm I just read something about taking the IP and turn it into hex then decimal to get to the site. If any could help me with that it would be great.

well i have now made a couple of sites on dedicated to screwing over bess called beatbess.tripod.com but it neads work. I ahvent been able to get in computer lab to test the methods you guys have gaveme yet. and i have been thinking about makeing my pc a server so i could host a site and doom lan games so i geuse if i do that will be cool.

oh yah and im going to find that hackaday list.

my method does work
at my school it has a program that doesnt let you click on certain things
like where you enter proxies into explorer
however this program never heard of firefox allowing me to type in proxies
