Well, I have 2 places; one is called Dixieland, it's a flea market so you probably wouldn't want to drive all the way to Michigan to go there.
The other is a store called The Toy Box; I don't know if they're a chain store or not, but if they are, you're in luck! They have EVERYTHING (literally EVERYTHING) you can imagine for classic systems, and they have some of the more popular modern stuff just so you can take a peek. It has a great selection, especially since the store itself has a thriving fanbase and lots of turn-ins. They even have Power Gloves! Seriously, anyone in lower Michigan should look them up, and anyone in other states should find out if they're a chain store.

I have a Game Dude around me (within 45 miles...) and they have a ton of crap. If you want to order online, they do take orders.

I hate EB and Gamestop with a passion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My local game stores are awesome,
The Exchange: they are cheap and have good selections
Flashback: the best d*** gamestore around until the origanal owner sold it, and Pete was nice he treated me like his best customer with free range in the store and special discounts.
Fun City: high priced but again I get discounts and they have a ton of stuff
Video Game Connection: never been to the store but I know the owner and the have a web
Jaime's Flea Market: There are ~5 game dealers, and what a surpise the all give me discounts. The best one is Adam in the building, just be sure to tell him a kid with 80 systems sent ya. He had a store but it got robbed so he selling everything there.
I know there are a ton more in Cleveland and there is a Expo I meet them all at. I also never tell any one my name so just mention you know a kid with a crap load of systems and they will know or mention Mr.collection to them. Cause I get a lot of discounts I am nice enough to share.
I know this does't help you ganonbanned but it sure would help anybody around here.

I live in Wisconsin as well Gannon. One cool place that cropped up in the Madison area in the last year or so is Pre-Played. I know they have tons of NES and SNES games there and some Genesis games. It's pretty cool and reasonably priced. They've got 2 locations in Madison that I know of as well as locations in Green Bay, Appleton, Brookfield, etc. according to their website. Check 'em out. Perhaps they'll have what you're looking for.
