"2 for $4!"

Post by mustardseed »

I was shopping for groceries yesterday with my wife and we walked by the cookies and I noticed Oreos were actually 2 for $4. I pointed it out to my wife and said "Look! 2 for $4! Ooo even Double Stuff!" 8)

or, if you dont want itunes on your computer (it put something in my starup without telling me, ever since then i have banned it from my hard drive), then you might want to download "quicktime alternative" and media player classic. thats what i used.

The best well-known software to use for watching PW is QuickTime 7. Here's a link to get it without iTunes

The best media player (In my opinion) is VLC media player. It can re-encode, stream over a network, apply video efffects, add overlays and logos (I have a fake FOX one for PTV ), and play any media format besides RealPlayer and Windows Media version 3. (darn proprietary standards). It's the only media player I use on my home theater PC and my laptop. Be prepared, though. Unless you get a skin for it you may have some trouble with its learning curve (It's a bit complicated at first, but after using it for a little while it will be your main media player.) Get it here.

I've never used Media Player Classic, but it's an option too. DiVX player will play the large video file, but DiVX Player 6 didn't like the iPod Video version.
