A Few MORE Questions.

1. I turn my computer on with everything plugged in correctly, and nothing shows up on screen. What gives?

2. Theres some cords coming from where the front USB/audio/mic are that end in with a plug in the size of a pen tip...where do these go?

3. My DVD-Rom still won't work! Explain the jumpers to me?

1. Bad monitor, bad cable, bad graphics card, or bad BIOS settings. Maybe it's sending video to an integrated port or PCI, not AGP? (or something like that)

2. Look around on the motherboard, it's gotta be somewhere around there (assuming you are talking about the stuff on the case)

3. How do you know, if you aren't getting video? As for jumpers, it goes a little something like this:
Master: goes on the "top" slot of the cable, normally
Slave: normally goes on the middle slot, needs a master
Cable Select: I think everything on the ribbon needs to be set this way. Basically, the thing sets itself.

Alright, now when I went to turn it on again, without changing anything, the copulate peice of crap copulate wont turn on at all! The mobo has a green light, but thats it!

Wires going from the power button aren't connected to the mobo?

The green LED means that the mobo is connected to the PSU.
