k so now that the screen, ram, heatsinks and cart slot work, im moving onto controller and case.
so a controller question: can i hook a memory card and a rumble pack up at the same time? ive heard of a rumble device with a slot for a memory card, so i believe it should be possible... but is there any hardware needed or can i just solder all the common pins together... is it like some sort of addressed bus or something? i took a memory card apart and it looks like it uses all the pins. i havent looked in a rumble pack yet.
controller, memory card, rumble pack. all at once?

I have (had) a tremor pack plus which is a rumble pack that has a slot for a controller pak. BUT it had a switch to switch between rumble and controller pak. I ripped it apart and found out that the switch just changed the power wire and the rest were all wired in parallel. I'm not sure if you could just wire it all together or not. Maybe the single power line cant run both the controller pak and the rumble pak. I guess maybe if you ran a separate power line to each one then, in theory, it would work.
yes, that has given me a good idea.
i will do just that, switch the power lines. so you can choose between memory and rumble. i dont think there are any nintendo games designed for both at the same time anyways, since you cant have them both working at the same time using 1st party hardware
