im afraid all i can tell is live with it, not much you can do unless you have concrete proof

i have such a terrible electronics teachers its not even funny, He is the most incompetent teacher ever, weve had him for over a year and so far ive learnt squat from him, me and my friend (were the only ones taking the class seriously) just sit and that back and read through all the books, occasionally he struts over and asks us a blindly obvious question assuming we havnt been listening (which we havent) but we can answer him everytime.

its quite serious but theres nothing i can do, my final exam is in a month and he's still talking to the class about identifying pin 1 on a %%% timer, i mean come on! weve been doing this for nearly 2 years, if you dont know that by now im pretty sure you shouldn't be doing electronics!

subpoenas are more for a 3rd party witness, and the teacher forced the student to make a complaint, not be a witness... plus, the teacher "coached" him into doing it, another big no-no.

Personally, I say go to the administration or something. A higher level may be able to do more than you would think, especially if you have proof.

Oh yeah, be sure that you let your parents know about anything that's happening before the school tells them... that way they have a good "first word" source

Not to mention the legal reprocussions, but I garantee if the owner of the car caught you there would probably be civil charges for the cost of the car. And a lot of people take great pride in their cars, if you even touch one of my cars (pick one; '78 lesabre, '84 trans am, '81 delorean, '96 stratus) and depreciate it's value I'm gunning for you, and you're paying for the cost of me having it repaired. And I garantee posting information like the above on the internet could be used as evidence to make you pay for my vehicle.

And considering this is just a middle/highschool situation it's really not something to complain about, your ONLY job in school is to buckle down and get the grades you need to get what you want later on in your life. Complain to the princaple, and if you're hanging out with a 'shady' crowd, just don't go around with people that are helpfull to your future not people that don't have a future.
