Someone had mentioned free one month trials or something for WoW a while ago. Was that anybody around here? (wife's going home to visit relatives for 6 weeks)
EDIT: A quick google search turned up a few interesting leads that are blocked by the work computer, I'll have to check them out at home. (I thought there would be a special code or something for the trial program, so forgive the stupid question, please)

Actually, they once did that during promotional weeks....god those people have no souls. I tried that one week thing, with the special account they gave me. Then when it was over, I cried, I literally cried at my desktop, then I failed my quiz, I begged my mom and dad to pay for the 15 dollars, but they said no, seeing me like this. It was horrible, like a leech biting on your groin, I couldn't go on, but then I got the Half Life Anthology and played CS again, and I'm happy now, but be warned mechanic....that game hooks to you like as G-Force said, crack. Not that I would know the effects of crack

if you can, just play Oblivion instead...it's like crack, only cheaper (if you can run it
). Seriously, I can't stop playing it, and am already 55ish hours into it, with probably another 100 left. The nice thing is, though, that it can't take control of life completely, because you can finish the game!
anyway, I seem to remember a friend getting a trial from someone else....see if anyone you know plays WoW and get their "friend pass", or whatever it's called.

Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!
