what should i do about this?

i have a teacher that doesnt like me, basically becuz i hang around a "bad crowd" and last week i was talking about pencils and got a refferal (kind of like a writeup, but worse) she thought i was talking about male body parts. tommorow, im getting a new backpack. i told that to my friend and after school i was walking to a detention, when a friend came up from behind, grabbed my backpack, ran in the nearest bathroom, and threw it in a fricken urinal .

as we walked out, my friend said "i just threw this kids back pack in a urinal" the idiot teacher was standing behind him, and he didnt notice it. the teacher came in to my detention about 10 minutes late rand told me to come outside. she took me to the office and forced me (told me id get another refferal if i didnt ) file harrasment on him. when i got out of my detention and started to walk home, i went to my friends house (his name is max) i told him what happened, he said he was getting a refferal cuz him and his friend andy had a back pack fight (andy didnt get a refferal neither, and they screwing around, this was right outside the bulding, and from the same teacher). i know the teacher did it just to get him out of her class. she told him at least 5 times this last week how much shes sick of him.

what should you do about this?

um, I dunno, doesn't matter too much. detentions suck, yes, but other than being annoyed, what else is there to do?

this is just kind of blogging, really, and is frowned upon in these forums....what exactly do you need advice on?

if he acts like a jerk to you all the time, then sure, don't be his friend. I mean, if he does it in a joking way, it could be ok, but if he goes too far just tell him to quit being such a dumbass.

you could probably just sit in her class and do nothing the whole time, maybe even catch up on some sleep. just dont piss her off or give her anything to use against you whenever you are near her.

is she a new teacher?

Say screw it, it's the teachers fault, not the kid. If she forced you to file harrasment, and said you'd get another refferal, that... that.. that's just excrement. I don't know what to do 'bout it though.

Don't do that. I tried that a whole quarter, and now I am working my ass off just not to get held back in 8th grade. The sad part, is that I would get held back for failing geometry in the 8th grade. That is a freaking 10th grade course.

Tell you're parents. More often then not, if I tell the truth, my parents take my side. I had a teacher (actually a Principal) like that, and by the end of the year, my parents didn't take any of the crap she fed them. One time, a kid blamed me on a "less than appropriate" game he made up called, "Humping Padme" and my principal made us comunicate using "I messages", which prevent us from telling what actually happened, but rather just piss us offf...
