where can i get various DC-DC schematics?

mainly for use with a 12v battery
I want it to be able to go from 12v to power a

N64
SNES
NOAC
Psone screen

Texas Instruments makes a wide range of pre-assembled DC-DC converters. They definitely have ones that are right for you.
