Shock lighters

I have an awsome idea for a new gag. Its like the shock lighters that you get at gas stations but instead of a lighter use a pack of gum and a piece of metal that is the same shape as the stick of gum... Im not good at electronics (ask G-force). Could some body give me ideas how I could do this idea? Is it even a good idea at all? Thanx for you help

"electric pens" are particulatly fun, looks like a click pen but delivers an electric shock

Best used when pushed into the back of someones neck, v funny results

man those elecreic pens are wicked. our class went on a trip to NY and a bunch of kids bought them at some crappy store. i had one and put it on my braces and it shocked me to the max then i was holding a knife against it and the shock went up my arm. they are real fun when you can actually trick someone and they wig out. we got our old teacher and it was one of the most hilarious things i ever saw
