Flying with portables...Getting them through cutoms!!!

Post by CronoTriggerfan »

Anyone had trouble getting their portable through customs at the airport since 9/11? I'm flying to Delaware, and I kinda wanted to bring it with me, but my parents said I probably shouldn't with recent bomb scares and what not, especially since a kid just got arrested in California for turning is GBO into a bomb  ! Whaddya think?

worst that'll happen is that they'll take it and test for bomb chemicals...I took my N64p2 with me to Austria last year and they took it (along with my nomad, my gamegear, and some other portables ;)..) to check if it was a bomb. It wasn't, of course, so I was fine. Now, if it had been the GCp...that might've been another story :|...
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

You have nothing to worry about. If the Airport lets people bring laptops, than they'll let you bring consumer electronics as well.

I caused such a fuss by leaving my laptop in my backpack, when I was supposed to have it out on a seperate little crate :P
