Then really it's a choice about CPU and CPU manufacturer. If you like AMD go that way, otherwise take the Intel.

Everything in the second is better, are we talking about the same second one? The one with the Dual-Core P4?
Because the AMD (the first one) is better in every single way.
Oh and DDR2 isn't that great, it's actualy no better (not yet anyway) than DDR.
The reason is, even though it has much greater bandwidth, it has much higher latencies as a result. So it sort of balances out.
