when you use paypal on ebay, does the money the people send go straight to your bank account/credit card?
PSp is about 70% done, just have to do the controller and case.

No, it stays in Paypal until you request it be transferred to your account (takes up to 3 buisness days). You can get a Paypal Debit ATM card though and get money out immediately.
