Dimensions + Idea

I will be making my case tomorrow, so i need dimesions!

Whats the diameter of the c buttons, how big does the analouge hole need to be, diameter of the a/b buttons and how wide the screen is and also the dimesions of the motherboard including the power plug and expansion slot stuff.

Light blue= case
Green= Mobo
Red= Cart slot relocate
Grey/Gray= Cart Slot

Now im guessing most people do no. 1, thats why the cart slot sticks out. I was wondering how hard it would be to do number 2 and make the N64 look uber. Would it just be a case of using longer wires for the cart relocation? or would it be more complex?

Another Question...
For charging my batteries, can i just connect this http://www.active-robots.com/products/p ... rger.shtml to the DPDT switch?

depends what screen your using to know the dimensions. And about the cart slot relocation,, #2 would be fine (and yeah its pretty much just longer wire) as long as you had a way to hold it there and you're willing to sacrifice the space inside the case that it will take up. (homemade mounting brackets to hold it for example.) And for the charging part, you mean connect the charging kit thing to it right? If so, then you should just be able to connect it to your switch and be able to switch between using the batteries and charging them. From looking at the picture of the charger kit, you need a 15V ac adapter to use it.
