Does anyone.... (moderating program)
...know a good program witch can moderate my computers web connectivity. I have a program with ads. I want to see were the ads come from so I can block them.

Most firewalls can log your access, I don't know any details though.
However, your router probably logs all the HTTP request coming through it, you can look in its manual to find how to access the router (usually 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1)
Once you find the offending ad server, go in your HOSTS file and make that domain name point to 127.0.0.1
Simple

Host file? I read about it before: I found this I forgot to include with the MSN link that you can easily remove the adverts without hacking the msn exe if you add this text to your hosts file "10.1.2.3 config.messenger.msn.com" then it will block any access to the MSN ad servers which will disable those crappy tabs as well as text adverts on your msn chat windows.
But I didn't really understand it. (I know there patches for msn 8.0 beta ads.) I want to defeat microsoft the most painfull way. LEGAL

If you want to defeat Microsoft in the most painful way possible, don't use MSN Messenger, instead use Trillian which supports it, and is adfree.
