Report this! This is a bunch of DVD-ROMS contianing commercial game ROMs. Giving them away is bad enough, but SELLING them?!

<img src="http://www.premiumfinish.com/ebaytemp/x5.jpg"> looks like a screenshot of No$GB.
4 DVDs Packed with all the Nintendo NES, Nintendo SNES, Nintendo Game Boy Advance Game plus the programs to play them all.
Basically a confession right there. Also I doubt there were 10 thousand unique licensed NES games (but they tprobably threw in homebrews, hacks, and other games)

What a jackasls the seller is. I hate people who do this. Real games always hold the edge over emulated ROMs anyday. I'll take a console and thirty select game carts over an emulator and 3000 ROMS anyday. THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR THE REAL THING.

Summary: Jackasls

If they were mass produced, they wouldn't be put on DVD-R's! They would be put on the right kind of disk! Also, notice how the seller has no history. They started a new account, so if they got busted, it would effect their regular eBay account.

Grrrr.... This kind of thing makes me REALLY MAD!!!

EDIT: I just reported the person for unauthorized copying of video game software. PLEASE, EVERYONE REPORT THIS PERSON!

um, they're just reporting a guy for selling illegal roms....not exactly vigilante work. Are you saying that these people should just get away with this, then?
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

You know, you are really starting to get on my nerves. I don't agree with emulation being illegal either (don't ask, I don't want to go into it), but if I can't use them without being "illegal" than I don't want other people to get away with playing ROMs, let alone selling them! It's people like you who make me return to my previous assumption about life:

People are idiots, and most (even me) have no reason to continue living.

Kurt_'s right. They're wrong for two reasons, one is that you shouldn't sell something when it's free, and two is that they're illegal. I don't think any of you would be suprised at the number of emulators with roms that can be downloaded through torrent (I'm not telling where). Paying your cable bill, if you do, should be enough.

I also don't see a problem with using roms of 8 or 16bit games for the simple fact that money really isn't being made off them. The people that use the games on the 10-in-1 things and do ports to modern systems are just squeezing the last few drops out of a well squeezed orange. Really things should become public domain after 20 or 25 years.
