We should have a PSP version as well. I mean, it only makes sense - PORT WASHINGTON PORTABLE!

Sure the iPod is portable, but the PSP is a game machine!

So, anyone know how to do this conversion?

Here's the settings all the "Download for PSP" links on Google Video uses:

H.264
320x240
Millions of colors
29.97 fps
AAC
Stereo, 48kHz

I'm pretty sure there are specialized video conversion tools, too...

Oh, Well that's nearly identical specs to the iPod version. Only difference is audio bitrate, like that matters.

So should I just indicate the iPod version can also be used on PSP? The file extension is even MP4, which I believe is used for PSP as well.

The 378 meg file would fit cleanly in say a 512 memory stick. What's the average stick people have anyway? I suppose kind of big if they watch video at all?

Ya, any MPG4 will work on PSP and iPod.

I have a 512 stick, and a 256 stick, the 256 for linux.

Well the iPod version is likely the first one I'll see about getting, though I'd like to get a DVD size. I know torrent is the best if not the only way to reliably distribute this, and so to answer Sam Fisher's question, I have Comcast Cable that is likely the 6MB bandwidth. So me sharing and downloading isn't an issue, infact I leave my tower and azureus running for days on end.
