Crap. Crap. C-rap. I powered the N64 off the wall outlet, and it looked perfect on the Psone screen ( which was running off 6 AA's) so it's definetly the N64 3.3Vconverter, not the wiring (although now that other people have the same problem that was obvious.)
Unfortunatly, I barely brushed my hand against the mobo. Now all I get is a black screen on the PSone display. Weird though, hooking it up to another screen I get changing colors, yellow to orange, etc.
I'll check it this weekend, but I think it's fried.
If it is, I'm done. I can't afford to buy a fourth N64.
This seems to be a Psone screen w/battery exclusive problem. Any other battery powered LCD I hooked it up to looked perfect.
btw, the NES part of the portable N64/NESp works perfect!
