rewiring controller ports?

i have a pal 2001 cube and even though a chip has fell off it (some timy smt chip)
it still boots. yay!

but the controller port ribbon is fuxord, so can you tell me where i hook up my controller ports on my board, with a diagram please.

i could hame done it but the positioning of the pins are weird on the motherboard.
