what is a good battery to power the n64? im trying to find one that will last about 1.5-2.5 hours or so with it

please list any you recommend

you would need at least a 3000mah battery for that, more the better

i used a 12v 6600mah(two 12v 3300mah) batt big but long lasting :lol:

is the 7.2V 3300mAH NiHM RC battery pack from radioshack a good choice since it has 3300 mah? or do i need one of those 9V kinds?

you can use 7.2 but unless you do the LED mod dont expect it to last long :(

yea im aware of that. but im going to do the led mod though but i need to your opinion on how hard is the led mod because i only have one psone screen right now and i really dont want to break it.

it's easy. what i do to avoid breaking the LCD clip is just open it with my fingernail from the top instead of prying it open with a screw driver. if you're gonna put more than 1 LED in a corner then it can get a little more challenging but 4 shouldn't be a problem

well im going to do just like in ben's book so it will be 3 leds. hopefully i can do this.... :lol: im just waiting for my leds and ill start then.
but one more thing: it says to open the psone screen theres screws behind the speaker. im confused on this part. does it mean that there behind the cover itself or do you have to cut through the middle? (sorry if im not making sense...)
EDIT: never mind i solved the speaker problem thing
