I broke her G-string

Post by Kurt_ »

Well last week in class I broke my friends G-string...twice.

It happened like this...We were in a room by ourselves and her G-string broke, so I took it off, and put a new one on. We were playing around a bit and I broke the new G-string, so I took it off of her again, and played around with her until I managed to put another one on. She still has that G-string, and it's nice and tight on her...Guitar.

What were you thinking?

Yeah sorry for this post...it was too tempting. I was staring at G-forces sig and thinking about guitar class.

You can lock this if you want.

They were shanty strings. We're going to a music store over the break and buying some decent guitar-related stuff.

Well lately I've really gotten into acoustic. Y'no chord songs. Lola, Disarm, Times like These, those sorta songs. (And I'm starting to get not-too-shabby at singing along too)

In class it's a clasical, basically the same only nylon strings and the body is shaped so you can't fit your hands past the 9th fret without squishing them together or reaching over the body. That school thought of everything :o

I break my G string a lot. It's like they're cursed forever or something. Is anyone into Nirvana here? a lot of their earlyer stuff is power chords. Is anyone into that kind of music? (and I don't mean screamy-growly-black death-goth-crap)

yeah, I like some of their stuff like smells like teen spirit and come as you are. if you want to listen to any music that has a lot of power chords and stuff like that listen to green day (although a lot people hate green day, their older stuff is really good to me)
