Basically just likely the Time Converter or whatever it was called and combined with a gba a/v input cart. It emulates the game into GBA format at a crappy 15fps IIRC
Hopefully better than just that though.

If all else fails, is it cheap enough to buy for the case? That would be one fine looking portable... with half the effort.

It exists -- they sell them in Japan. The "Time Machine" converter sucks balls, so I hope this one is better. The button response time/reliability is weak. It's a good thing that this one has them built-in though (should be fine).

Actually, what it is is essentially a NOAC that uses the GBA screen or the TV.

Think Gamelver's first N64p.

Ok, So I received my package.

I'll post the links for all the pics in another post.
So bascially this thing sounds really good in essence.

It does play nes games on the gba. It does play nes games on normal tvs (just like other NOAC's). It does play other systems (tested with game cube) on the gba screen. I did not notice any lagging on the screen using this feature.

It also features the ability to change hue,saturation,brightness and volume using the sp's trigger buttons (although it doesn't notice my Left trigger so that I cannot turn anything down. I'll take it apart and post pics to see if I can fix it.

My problems are:
1.)It needs to have a gba game inserted in the noac in order to output to the screen. I assume this means that its emulated.
2.) for nes games, it uses the famicom converter. So Nes games stick WAY out of the NOAC. Which means that if you don't stay still, the game will sway and freeze the game you are playing.
3.)When using the gba screen as a video input. It only uses a very small portion of the screen to display the video! I mean tiny. I had to squint or put my face really close to the screen to even see what I was playing.

That thing is awesome I like it and you could have a three in one portable a noac a blankp and a gba! Its awesome you can't comprehend it!(major inside

actually I don't think its good for anything except make a nesp out of.

the whole section of gba screen which displays when you connect to a GC doens't make it worth buying. Its so small that it makes no sense. It also doesn't even make a good nesp by itself because the game sticks out so far.

My recommendation- buy something else.
