SNES regional internal lockout chip

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

does anybody know how to disable it? i know a whole store that sells games mega-cheap but every things PAL.

I don't but the people at Gamesx.com do. Check out the site I'm sure the mod you want is there.
