Japanese Learner
Can you guys help me find a japanese learning book or cd? I really love japan and since I love it so much I want to learn the language. My dream is to one day go to japan and live there! Then I could show them my top secret portable.

Hey, we have the same dream
! Only I wanna go for college and programming, and to see family there. To tell you the truth though, I have about 10 different CDs, books, and CD-ROMs on learning the language, none of which are good. I ended up having to take lessons, which I am doing now; this is the way to go. However, the Japanese are extremely cultured (as I have learned through my martial arts training) so their lifestyle is also very important; I would actually recommend studying up on this before pursuing the language! A great book on the topic is Japan Eyewitness Travel Guide. Here's a link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/078949 ... oding=UTF8
www.berlitz.com This is a great program! I was going to go here before I found a place locally, but I still here great things about Berlitz.
