this is just from going to forum 42(from spybot results)

Spyware, Adware, viruses, trojans and other stupid crap like that is the exact reason I want to reinstall XP, that and so I can get a new/different distro of linux installed with out grub over righting my MBR.

Thats not a lot of spyware. As long as you use Spybot S&D and Ad Aware, to remove spyware regularly, you shouldn't have much of a problem. It helps to use Mozilla Firefox to prevent getting spyware in the first place. Also Spyware Blaster is good at preventing spyware if you use either IE or Firefox.

All the downloads mentioned are available at download.com

my virus scan's real time protection dose a pretty good job of protecting my computer and along with a good firewall

Hey, it's not as bad as using a FIRESHARING program. Those are SATAN! My roommate was running one and our "highspeed internet" went down to 15k/second! And the program was doing NOTHING!

Or was it...

Yeah those things are hogs when it comes to CPU and Bandwidth usage.

I dont get spywar I built an virus for my computr that kills unkown files. So an antivirus virus its pretty cool but it only works for my computer its custom

an unkown file is a file I dont tell I added like before I save a document I tell it what it will it will be called and where it will be stored . I programmed it in c
