Psone controller analog problems, PLEASE HELP!!!

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

Psone controller analog problems, PLEASE HELP!!!

ok my mpsone is almost done, but I have a probem, when I turn on the analogs it is like they are being pushed as far as possible to the upper right corner. I have already checked for shorts in my wiring job an I assure you there are none. Does anybody have an idea whats wrong. please help!!!

you might need to put a resistor on them
I will always put 8) at the end of my posts
