It is a case with a sound card included and gfx card. Will those parts work with emulators?

hell yeah.

my lappy has 16mb shared grpahics, it runs pj64 just fine. but you will probably want to get a better gfx card later on.

hehe My lappy has 8mb dedicated and runs pj64
