That's kinda like Ben H.'s computer in a beer case.

Gamelver wrote:still only 12-16V ;)...you don't add the voltages...the psone screen needs 7.2-9V and the GC needs 12-16V. the 12-16V would go into the cube, and then it would have to be converted into 7.2V-9V for the screen.
I just thought of something! On the GCN motherboard, there are power pins. One of them happens to be 8.4 Volts. So i guess you could take your PSone screen power and solder the Possitive (7.5 in) to the GCN Mb. Is there a ground pin on the power pins area? If not, what would you do? I thought this could be a workaround so you dont need a regulator (a 7808 for GCp's)

.....where the hell are you getting 8.4V from :P?

the GC DC-DC converter converts 12-16V into 1.9V, 3.4V, and 5V. on some it might be -1.2V or something. gannon had a wierd power supply like that once :P.

anyway, there's no 8.4V spot, and even if there is, it probably can't supply enough power for the psone screen.
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!
