Found a battery in the attic

So I'm kinda new to portable console making... but I was checkin out the attic (trying to find old playstation games) and I found a bran spankin new camcorder battery. Its a 3.6v 2500mAh N-MH. Most of the consoles require more than 7 volts if I have my facts straight... so anyone have any ideas on what it could be used for? Could I use two of em (requiring me ot purchase another) for a nice 7.2v?

Just get a 7.2v 2000 mah battery at radioshack. It would be cheaper and take up less room.

Just get a enw one. Old batteries slowly lose their life. If it's old, then it won't be 2500 mAh anymore.

Its probably a good 4 years old.

No way in heck I'm goin out and buying a new bat, I don't even need one I just found this and wondered if it would have any use for a future project.
