More Soldering Help

Hi,i know i already made a thread about this,but i tried all the tips and still can't solder the *please insert bad word of your choice*pinout on the contoller board to the tact swithches.

How do you guy do it?!

o yeah and are you soldering to tact switches while they are in some pcboard because maybe you are not soldering to the right side you should be soldering to the shiny copper side
