Edit: Things about Skyone's setup (aka why mine is better!)
-The ram sucks
-Sound cards are overrated (onboard is good enough)
-Proccessor, motherboard and video card are overpriced (he doesn't need THAT good of parts)
-PSU's that come with cases are absolute CRAP

This is a nice setup, relatively cheap but amazing for OCing.

That was un-needed. My parts are FAR much better than yours. The ram works flawlessly, and doesn't get too hot, I have it. The soundcard is optional and I have it, it works very well. The Proccessor and mother board [and video card] are NOT overpriced and are TOP OF THE LINE. The PSU is good for that case considering I have to downgraded version of the case and that case comes with 2 times the PSU mine did, and mine works great.

Proccessor is OK considering price, but the ratios don't come out as good as mine.

That Mobo is the same company as mine! I just had a better version of it!

While Sapphire cards run, they don't run as fast as 1st brand nVidia and ATi cards.

The RAM is not worth it's money. Works just as good as mine does.

PSU is unbelievably OVERPRICED.

HDD is overpriced, I got a WD for $100, SATA 250GB.

The case looks nice, but is WAY heavy and it's HUGE.

The motherboard already has a gigabit ethernet card built in, as well as a decent sound chip (Realtek 850 series).

As for a monitor:

Think before you post.

1. Proccessor is low because the PC is for OCing
2. Mobo OCs just as well as yours does (yours just has SLI and maybe some extras)
3. The video card unlocks to an X850XT, did I mention the PC is for OCing?
4. Ram is best there is for OCing
5. PC Power & Cooling makes just about the best and most stables PSUs out there. You need stability and high-rated rails when your OCing (Plus it's only a bit more than most other PSUs, ovbiously your used to those $10 PSUs that come with cases)
6. Seagate has a 5 (vs 3) year warranty, that's the price you have to pay
7. Case is damn sturdy

Know your stuff Skyone. OC OC OC OC.

Edit: Pretty nice el cheapo build there XPC, but SLI'ed 6600s (and even 6600GTs) are a bit of a waste of money. You can get better performing single cards for the same price.

I don't know what your tastes in cases are, just take your pick from their ATX selection.

This stuff may not be top of the line, but you can take your pick from different places or lists here. But I highly recommend tigerdirect.com, they're easy to work with, timely with shipping (I got all my parts in the course of 2 weeks after ordering!) and their selection is always changing. And if this doesn't float your boat (render your robot?) <a href="http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications ... .asp">they have a section for gaming hardware.</a> I stuck with IDE, but this motherboard can handle SATA. You could go with an PCIe graphics card if you want to, and if you select a board that can handle it.

I'm not used to picking out cutting edge gaming hardware. Most of the stuff I have worked with in the past is either old, economy-level, or midrange level. The stuff I picked out should do what you want it to, but I don't read things like PC Gamer or anything. (I put together a machine for the school once that had all the parts cost less than $180 total, sans case)

IDEe graphics card? Lol, I'm sure you meant PCI-E. I haven't seen many Socket 754 motherboards that support PCI-E... So he would be out of luck there...

Side note, go with a evga videocard they have a lifetime warrenty when you register them. (XFX might aswell I forgot).

evga makes solid cards, I would have to say that if you have the extra 5 or 10 bucks (thats usually how much more it costs for an evga) that you should go evga.

I like skyones the best. But I already have a PC chips AMD processor motherboard, it has 64 bit support. Then I already have a Hard Drive (western digital) 250Gb 16mb cache. So will the rest oof skyones go good with these?
