As in in photoshop or something? I'm not that good at stuff like that. Cooler as in an icebox or whatever.

Specify more details. Does it need to be 3d or if 2d how much detail and from what angle, colour, scale ect. I just took a picture from google and then trace bitmap with varies levels of detail. Hope this is what your looking for if not post required details -

Posterize!

I think Jeff means a 3DS/Lightwave object file though. Check 3dcafe.com for that.

Well it's really very simple and i use it quite a lot. To do this you need flash (I've only known it work with mx and version 8 ). Search Google for an image and then save it to your p.c. Open up flash and import the image to stage or libary (f11). Once on stage highlight the bitmap (Can be any image type .png, .gif ect) and click Modify>Bitmap>Trace bitmap... A new small window should appear where you can tweak and change the trace options for desired effect but for now leave it as it is. Just click ok and depending what setting you have on the image will be smoothed and each individual part can be edited individually. The main use for this is if you can't draw an object in flash such as a gun then you can import it and trace it and it looks a lot more like a cartoon. Beware though giant image sizes and really extreme setting will most probably crash the program or you will have to wait for a few hours.

Hope this helps *o*.
