I sprained my ankle the other day. I need to take it easy but stupid me ran in a track meet yesterday soo I guess I'll be taking it easy for a couple weeks. That means I ant run

Yeah But its INDOOR TRACK. We have a track house by me so we run in there a lot

I love rinning in the snow 3 out of 7 practices a week (yes i go to school on sundays) are inside but the rest are in the great outdoors

dam strate.. i used to be on my high school track team.. i was the third best and was only there cus back then i took life to seriously and kids beat the crap out of me, so i learned to run pritty fast.. then i got bigger and i didnt need to run form any one.. plus i found how you souldnt take life seroiusly.. and weed

you can delete them or gannon can and i only go for track i need to go on christmas
