How to make the PSone screen brighter

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

How to make the PSone screen brighter

Post by limpport »

I was finally able to mod the PSone screen with the LED's, but I messed up the way to make the screen brighter as discribed in the book. Does anyone know how to make it brighter besides the way in the book?

Well, the little wire that connects to where you are suposed to connect one end of the wire to has pulled off of the chip thing and off the board. I tried soldering it back into place with the extra wire connected, but no luck with that.

is the pin still connected to the chip (meaning only the trace ripped off), or is it all gone?
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!
