Ah, the early 90's... When every game company and their dog were trying to make their own Mario or Sonic-like mascot!

But... which of the would-be mascots was the LAMEST? This should be a combination of A) Mascot lameness itself and B) Game lameness.

FIGHT! May the winner be LAME!

Crash Bandicut, for Sony Playstation. The commeritials they made with him, they were just plain retarded.

I would actually consider Crash a "success" of sorts. But that's just me. At least his games sold.

its gotta be bubsy...i actually bought both genesis games in the early 90s..hah. it was pretty good stuff though, a really fast cat collecting yarn balls...heh. better than a possum with wings that doesnt even fly...

and he did have video games and lasted from mid 80s to earley 90s so it fits here
