Anybody know what wires to switch if I wanted to put my analog stick in upsidedown? (it doesn't fit right-side up) you know so down is up, up is down, left is right, and right is left.
oh ive tryed that its pritty hard and i dont think i ened up doing it... well i think if you crack open the case of the joystick and look at the positioning of the magnetic dealys and the arangment just find the best way to rewire it on the other end and tehre you go.
Ya, I'd just try moving things around. I was just messing around with a joystick, and there are way to many placed things in there. I just gave up and went on to another cont.
if you're using one of the official N64 controllers they use optical encoders, for some strange reason, so you're probably out of luck if that's the case. Most of the third party controllers do use pots though and they're cheap now that the N64 is old
What I have shown you is reality. What you remember, that is the illusion.
"Say, what does this button do?"
All the dishes rattle in the cupboards when the elephants arrive
Thanks guys. I am using an official controller, but I just figured since it uses optical sensors that I could just invert the x and y wires, but If its that hard, i could try to make it fit normally or get one that uses pots.
