Well today I was walking to school, and I had my PSP in my pocket to lissen to music. I was kind of late because I was at home for lunch. I was jogging along, and I guess I didn't have my jacket pocket where I keep my PSP zipped up because it fell out. I turned around in horror and see my PGP lyeing open on the pavement and my PSP kartwheeling end over end down the street. It made it about 10 feet before I managed to stop it. I picked it up, the thing dosn't turn on. I'm freaking out but I can't be late for class so I throw it in my PGP and put it in my back pack. I get to school and go to Geology class. I actualy wasn't that worried, but I am prity sure it's not under the warrenty. I got home and tried it again, didn't work, so I went up to my room, fearing the worst, plug it into the charger and the orange light turned on. It's working purfectly as far as I can tell. Only damage on it is a little scrach on they wrist strap loop.
Now don't say, "Oh you should have been more carefull." I know I should have but this is for the people out there who use a Play Gear Pocket to keep there PSP in. The thing is great in impact, but the latch is crap. I'm gonna figure out some way to out a custom latch so this dosn't happen again.
Be warrned. Your PGP won't protect your PSP for crap if it falls, the latch is total crap.

OUCH!
Actually, I'm slightly relieved as having seen the title of this thread "heart attack" and then the first word I noticed was "jogging" I got kinda worried and was wondering if this was gonna be another "Jim Fix" moment!
A PSP can be replaced, you can't.
(for anyone who can't remember, Jim Fix was a health nut always on TV in the 80's and wrote books about it. He had a heart attack and died whilst out jogging. )
EDIT - Title of thread has changed since I posted that

Heres a test to show you how weak the PGP latch is. Take your PSP out, grab your PGP so the latch is facing up towards you. Stick your index fingers in eather the headphone or power hole. Slowly pull your fingers appart. The PGP should easily pop open, thats very bad.
The PGP is great, don't get me wrong, the things freaking strong, and a nice size for the PSP, but the latch is just crap. Driling a hole through the flange on the front of the PGP and putting a little peice of wire through it will keep the PSP tight inside the PGP without fail.
