to go on a slightly different tangent...
Is it just me, or did this year's super bowl commercials suck? They were all stuff that you've seen on other stations, or were things that had nothing special to it.. just some more crap trying to get you to buy, no fun to it

There was only one problem with the MacGyver commercial, No Mullet. It might as well have been O'Neill from Star Gate SG1.
As for the other commercials, I didn't think they were too bland. The Sprint commerical with two guys arguing over what phone was better was a good one. And the Miller commerical with the rivalving wall to hide the frige full of beer, that was awsome.

I agree, those commercials were good. I thought the Fedex one wasn't that bad either. MacGyver definitely came out on top though.Sparkfist wrote:There was only one problem with the MacGyver commercial, No Mullet. It might as well have been O'Neill from Star Gate SG1.

I couldnt agree more. Really the only commercials i really "laughed at" were the Cave-man/Fed-ex commercial and the one where they killed the fly but they accidently made the wife think the dude was dead.SpongeBuell wrote:to go on a slightly different tangent...

Caveman: Did you use Fed-ex?
Caveman2: No
Caveman: Then your fired
Caveman2: But Fed-ex doesnt exist yet!
Caveman: Not my problem
*Disgruntled caveman 2 goes outside and kicks a tiny dinosaur then gets stomped on by a giant one*
ahhhhh good times..........
