if you look at the n64 controller guts the buttons look like they have 4 signals on them, I have NO IDEA which signals is what triggers a command on a game, but can anyone tell me what signals do what????
A,B, C buttons and direction buttons I dont need Z L or R buttons since they have 2 signals
For God so loved the world that he gave is only son, that who ever so believe in him shall not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16)
they're all only switches (i.e., two signals ), so if you want to wire to them either scrape the black stuff off the buttons and solder to the copper, or use a multimeter to find out which pins correspond to the buttons.
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!
NEW QUESTION:(and im wondering why i didnt ask this before) what part of the three wires of the controller is GROUND POWER AND DATA I.E. the control port pins
For God so loved the world that he gave is only son, that who ever so believe in him shall not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16)
I just drilled holes through the black conductive part on the paddle. Is it going to be ok if i just solder a wire through that or do i have to scratch the black stuff off.
