Sega saturn controllers

Is the saturn controller with the ananlog stick better than the standard one? Are there any games that require it? On another note, What voltages does a saturn take?

Because there is no Sega Saturn Forum... So we just place other 32-bit system posts in with the PSOne Forum...

Edit:BTW can you guys point me in the direction of a cheap Saturn, since nobody has answered my topic on that?
