i just ordered a white PSP becuase of this. wont ship til tuesday tho, damn chinese new year.

to run homebrew, do i need to load GTA everytime? or just the first?

Yes you need GTA all the time, for now atleast.

What you do is load up GTA, it will auto load your normal GTA game. You then hit Start, Load up the Loader (it will be in GTA save slot 5) and about 10 seconds later the Loader menu will appear and then you can run any of the working homebrew.

If you plan on playing a lot of SNES Emu, under the SNES config menu for the game Speed it up to 333 mhz and put on a frame skip of 3. With this combanation the the emu should run smoothly with sound and no slowdowns.

I know this isnt important and no-one willl care...but i made a guide to setting up X-Link Kai for PSP:
PSP ON KAI

PSP:

1.)Set PSP to CH. 1 under Ad-Hoc

COMPUTER:

2.)A:On PC goto wireless network properties (Start ---> Control panel --->Network and Intenet Connections --->Network connections)
B:Click on your wireless connection (Linksys WMP54GS)
3.)Scroll down the list to Intenet Protocol (TCP/IP)
4.)Click properties
5.)Click "Use the following IP address:
IP: 10.0.0.1
Subnet mask:255.255.255.0
6.)Click the Wireless Network Tab at the top
A: Click advanced
B: Click Computer to Computer (Ad-Hoc)
7.)Start up Kai
8.)Start up game
9.)Click JOIN GAME or CREATE GAME
A:Your PC should find your PSP automaticly!
B: Enjoy!
