Nope it's a Genesis, likely a Genesis v.3 in a PSone case. If it were a GOAC I'd think they'd put it in a smaller case.

They've put NOACs in faux SNES cases, so I don't see why not

Fanboy, a few things; One this topic started before you joined, so your statement that we need to look is void (and don't do our job). Two I don't recollect anyone asking if that piticular item was a GOAC, so the thread is "VALID". Three VB_Master does own a 360 he has mentioned it in some of his f42 posts. Four VB stands for Virtual Basic, a programing language.

I hope I have cleared things up for you.

Saying "It's a Genesis 3" is bull. It's probably some Asian-made custom board with custom logic, just like an NOAC. Non-glop top GOACs have been proven to exist in Asia. I've proven it--I own one

Mine is even in a faux Genesis 3 case. I haven't noticed any compatability issues yet (except in Sonic 3, but then I just switched to Japan and off I went). Some of those Asian doohickeys are amazing, I tells ya.
I'd love to get my hands on one of these too though, so if anyone is ordering from Xinga, I'd help out with shipping
