1. Possibly... I mean the NES pirates get in trouble... Besides it would be pretty difficult to make an N64 compatible board. Why not just buy an N64? ($15)
1) No you are using pre-exsisting hardware and well the hardware is your's. You can get in trouble for using their logo or pantient designs (i.e. the N64 controller).

1) if you just hack up a n64 to do it nope. if you make your own n64s and call it your own, yes and i hope they sue you and win , but you probly wont so I hope you dont but try cus doing it would be cool
