nes portable

i decided to make the nesp intead of the ps1 p because it seems esier. theres just one thing, i have an nes but when i turn it on all it does is the power light flashes. i want to use it for a portable but i dont want to make it just to have it blink at me!

help please!!

Do you have a game? It'll blink from either of the following:
1) There isn't a game.
2) There is a game, but the connection is bad. Open her up and soak the connector in tomato juice. Try again tomorrow.

i hope youre kidding about that but thanks for the sugestions although ill just use rubbing alcohol.

Get a saftey pin. Then pry up the bottom pins on the connector. It worked perfect for me. Then u use rubbing alcohol to clean it.

If you get a Game Genie you'll never see that blinking screen again. The Game Genie PCB board is thicker than most NES games, so it makes a better connection.

Eventually it will bend enough and the nes wont work again.
