I get a lot of respect from old people. Of course I'm like the Susy Cream Cheese to old people. All of my grandparents were really nice to me. Even though both of my grandfathers were racist. "Are you a spic? You look like one with your hat turned around like that."

Back in my day we had to blow on our cartridges to get them clean! And we respected it! They were as big as books these cartridges! Which reminds me we had real books with text and paper!

My grandmother only goes on day trips so she has something to complain about! I remember once I was at her place and the guy delivering her food was a huge black guy.
She waited until he left and said "Well I'm not eating that!" I asked, "Why not?" She replied "Well you never know what his sort are up to do you? He could've done anything to the food in the back of his van!"

I really can't believe how racist she is!
wow OMG

sometimes I get looks in stores from some old white folks just cause I'm black. Its like they think I am either following them or that I might steal something. Its weird I know that they are old but that doesnt give them the right to look at me funny. :(
Oh and by the way I am the 1337th member of this forum ... just so ya know.

I think it's all in your brain. Nobody could do that sort of thing to member 1337. You're just...too...1337.

There is nothing you can do to change them. My grandmother grew up with the idea that children are to be seen and not heard. So for many years she'd tune me out. Now that I'm out of high school and getting a higher education she'll listen.

Really I'm starting to think about walking up to some of the older people that give me those dirty looks and asking them if there is something wrong. I think just confront them and they'll beforce to either leave us alone or say (in public no less) what their problem is.

She tried to abandon me in a lift (elevator) in a department store when I was 3 years old. I was talking to my sister about this fairly recently and she told me that she also tried to abandon her as a kid on a Metro train!
