this is not a Photoshop trick, this is his REAL desktop image

the sleeve is the one thing that isn't on the screen...the hand is part of the wallpaper.

What's really cool, is with LCDs you can actually do this, without the photography trick. Just have an all white background and remove the backing to the LCD and backlight.
