I decided that while my playstation is being fixed, I start on another small project.
I have a lot of rumble motor things lying around, from controllers I used in my PS1P. I want to put an extra rumble in each side of the controller, so that its a super rumble controller. I am going to expand the controller, so space isnt a problem, but power might be. If I added two extra rumblers, would the playstation supply more power, so all 4 run at full speed, or would they just go at half speed, to compensate for the extra rumblers?

if you look at a ps1 controller pinout, theres a +9v pin thats dedicated to powering the motors. if 4 motots suck too much power, then you could just go all the way and supply your own 9v. (the negative would get connected to the ground pin)
also, in series they would run slower, in parallel you should be ok.
