How big is an NES cartridge?

Do they vary? (I am looking for dimensions of a US NES Cartridge, not Famicom).

Q: What are the exact measurements (in inches) of NES and Famicom cartridges?
A: You never know when this information might save your life. You can never be too safe! My measurements:
--NES catridge dimensions: 5.5"L x 4.1"W
--Famicom cartridge dimensions: 3"L x 5.3"W
